Abstract


Filling mining method for mining the deep orebody will usually face the filling system stability , reliability, security , and other issues . Research filling the pipeline system reliability and pipeline expansion technology is of great significance . Based on engineering fluid mechanics, statistical , pipeline gravity flow theory , combined with the actual situation of the filling system Longshou mine , the development of the use of Fluent software , a systematic study of the filling material , pipe gravity flow characteristics , the main findings are as follows : 1 . developed using Fluent software , paste gravity conveyor filling system filling times the line under the conditions of the pipeline operating characteristics numerical simulation and analysis , for in-depth two-phase flow piped theoretical research provides new methods and means . Scientific evaluation Longshou mine filling preparation and delivery system , advanced technology Longshou mine filling Filling Pulp good production capacity , reliable pipe gravity flow , but by the feeding system , mixing system capacity and other factors limit Longshou mine can not meet future requirements of mining production capacity expansion of the filling material , must as soon as possible to study the expansion of the filling system . 3 Longshou mine the Sham Tseng filling system FMEA analysis link the filling system most prone to failure is the vertical pipe and horizontal pipe for pipeline transportation systems , and pulping system , control system , mixing system cementing material positions . In this paper, the use of the the Fluent simulation pipeline system running characteristic parameters , make up the filling system from design to on-site industrial experimental shortcomings need to spend a lot of manpower, material and financial resources and time to the final stable operation .
