Abstract


In recent years,with the implementation of free compulsory education and the "County" funding mechanism for the gradual improvement of investment protection. the government continued efforts to increase investment in rural compulsory education, has implemented a large number of infrastructure projects, and issued a series of support for education development of policies and measures, the quality of rural compulsory education has further improved. But there are still many problems, which is a very outstanding performance on the masses of rural compulsory education, the quality education can not meet the needs of the majority of people, the main contradiction of rural compulsory education has been gradually transferred from quantity to quality. In order to adapt to the trends, promote the development of compulsory education and meet the growing needs of the masses, the government has attached great importance to improve the quality of rural compulsory education in the particular context, the current most important issue to be resolved is an objective quality of rural compulsory education to make an objective scientific evaluation.This article consists of four aspects:first, the present situation, problems and causes has maked in-depth analysis from the rural compulsory universal education, teachers, educational inputs, conditions of school students in five areas; Secondly, according to the theory of international research and related domestic laws and regulations, the paper designs primary indicators in the quality of rural compulsory education, and screens evaluation index through mathematical statistics and comprehensive analysis, on this basis, build a quality evaluation of rural compulsory education system and the model; Third, the paper obtained Evaluation results and analyzed through the process of the data, and model calculation;Finally, this paper is proposed to enhance the quality of our measures and suggestions from the strengthening of teachers, enhance student ability, increase input in rural compulsory education and the establishment of quality assurance system.
