Abstract


Stadiums huge amount of capital investment , long construction period , the risks are also great , they need massive capital raising needs through reasonable investment and financing mode . Financing of large projects in the international arena in recent years with its unique financing mechanism and special role in the diversification of risk investment and financing mode for stadium construction funds draw on ideas . On the basis of China 's large-scale integrated mode of investment and financing of the stadium as a research object , through literature , comparative analysis method , system analysis and mathematical statistics law , in the summary of the investment and financing mode characteristics and experiences of foreign stadiums . explore our stadium construction investment and financing mode and policy choices. From stadium construction investment situation , the current stadium construction funds still comes mainly from the self- government financial input and units can not meet the increasing demand of the rapid development of the sports industry and sports . In the selection of our stadiums investment and financing strategies , the positioning of the stadium should be clearly identify the subject of investment , choose the mode of investment : the principle of giving priority to public welfare , effective optimization principle , the principle of risk aversion , the principles of sustainable development as the main principle ; main diversification of investment and financing , investment and financing channels for market-oriented , and a combination of investment and financing structure , investment and financing tender into the main strategies ; BOT, PPP, city management , investment and financing mode for optimal path .
