Abstract


Polypropylene is one of the fastest-growing product in the synthetic resin and polypropylene plant process there are many risk factors , stable operation is essential to ensure the safety of the device , to improve process safety . In this paper, Seventh Edition , \factors , and application ALOHA software simulation propylene leakage and dispersion and explosion effects range . On this basis, two aspects of the process safety technology and process safety management to improve process safety research . Process safety technology , the improvement of the safety instrumented control technology and catalyst pre - contact tank temperature control process improvement programs; process safety management control the OHSA process safety management elements to identify the problems of process safety management at this stage , suggest improvements ideas and approaches .
