Abstract

To obtain anodic alumina oxide (AAO) template with large-size pores, this paper adopted the approach to prepare it in oxalic acid, phosphoric acid, citric acid and mixed solution of citric acid and phosphoric acid respectively. In oxalic acid, oxidation voltage of 30V to 50V could produce the highly ordered AAO template.40V was optimal for the best order; while 70V resulted in the worst order and the voltage over 80V would cause the ordered template. The pore size had linear relation with the voltage. Oxidation voltage of 120V and 160V in phosphoric acid could produce AAO template with the pore size of 300nm, but extremely lower order.350V in citric acid could produce AAO template with the pore size over 600nm, while relatively high order. Using citric acid as the stabilizer in phosphoric acid with quite low concentration could produce AAO template with the pore size over 400nm, while highly ordered. According to the analysis of I-T curve in different preparation process, I-T curve shape was related to the current of initial phase, namely initial reaction intensity. It provided a theoretical formula to calculate the thickness of template with actually small error. This paper introduced many kinds of facilities for the preparation of AAO template both at home and abroad and also analyzed and summarized the features. Depending on the comparison, we found out that most facilities had poor control of the experimental conditions, difficult operation, and low efficiency of preparation. It summarized seven main problems and five major difficulties for the design of facilities to prepare AAO template, and also offered the ideal solutions respectively. It designed a facility for the preparation of AAO template which could control experimental conditions well and greatly improve the production efficiency. By practical testing, such facility possessed the production efficiency ten times higher than the unimproved one. We adopted the gradual voltage-down, a simple method with low cost, to replace the gold-plated membrane as the electrode process. Using the opposite of aluminum base as the electrode, we successfully prepared Ni nanowire and Cu-Ni alloy nanowire. Ag nanowire was prepared by AAO template. We also used such processed Ag nanowire as a kind of surface enhanced raman scattering substrate, and the effect was significant. We found out the preparation method for a new type of raman enhancement substrate. We preliminarily optimized it to guarantee the good effect of surface enhanced raman scattering substrate without any impurity Raman signal. We calculated the enhancement factor of three substrates respectively, and preliminarily discussed the relationship between different probe molecular and the absorption and enhancement effect of such substrate.
