Abstract


Storage and transportation of crude oil as a bond of oilfield production and consumption - oriented , with storage tanks , fuel pump , furnace unit according to certain topological relations converge to form energy-using systems, energy consumption and production with the increase in the size of the oil depot reserves increases. This complex , dynamic energy system for the fuel pump or storage tanks and other major energy-using equipment , a certain lack of systematic and comprehensive . Therefore, the system parameters simulation the mature system simulation theory of the use of crude oil storage and transportation , on this basis, the use of thermodynamic analysis method to the evaluation and analysis of energy use , the strengthening of the fine , comprehensive energy management , mining system energy-saving potential of great significance. The main contents include : ( 1 ) set forth the current energy situation , the development trend of the crude oil storage and transportation , and Research . ( 2 ) introduced the energy flow of the theoretical basis of the structural model , including process system engineering development process structure model of energy flow , the steps of the process of system analysis and sequential modular approach . ③ Process Systems Engineering mature modeling, decomposition theory applied to the crude oil storage and transportation system simulation model based on \storage and transportation of energy flow model . ( 4 ) the \and analysis criteria . ⑤ With the Visual Basic language compilation system simulation calculation program , given the closing and distribution of hair oil flow system node parameters , and to analyze the influencing factors of the storage tank temperature . ( 6 ) according to the established evaluation and analysis criteria , analysis of crude oil storage and transportation energy use situation , given the energy-using process energy loss distribution .
