Abstract


Pipeline project management information system project management information system for the full life cycle of construction of the oil pipeline project . First, the subject of study of the pipeline project management information system , the need for research on the pipeline project management information system construction and application of information systems at home and abroad the status quo , were analyzed and summed up the advantages and problems of the current system , current information systems research should focus on research related issues and are ready to implement . Then , the problem with the status quo needs analysis , six characteristics of the proposed pipeline project management information system : ( 1 ) collaboration , integrity, unity project management platform ; ( the 2 ) P3EC underlying interface development , consistent with the characteristics of the pipeline industry plan schedule management ; ( 3 ) IPMT, EPC contract of investment management and owners change control management ; ( 4 ) for multi - level management , project quality control and safety management ; (5 ) multi-level procurement of goods production, inventory and shipping the arrival of the tracking ; ( 6) integrated with the engineering Technical data acquisition system . Origin starting from the six characteristics , one by a detailed discussion of each of the characteristics , difficulties, solutions , implementation process , application results compare , and improve the content of the recommendations , a comprehensive description of the project management system of innovative content . Planned the progress management of (P3EC system applications and custom development ) in particular is designed as the leading collaboration platform , in line with the characteristics of the pipeline industry , the binding line project engineering metering method to discuss , contract management and schedule management , quality management , HSE management and the completion data management , the combination of content , from the point of view of the pipeline construction in-depth discussion and study . Finally , it describes the implementation of application Yong Tang Qin pipeline construction process as well as to obtain good results . Information systems research development , played an important role in the pipeline project practice based on the research results can be gradually extended to other follow China Petroleum Engineering Construction Project Management .
