Abstract


Human race has entered the information age in the 21st century. With the accelerated pace of global economy and the widely use of information technology, the power of knowledge is becoming increasingly stronger. Meanwhile, the competitive environment of enterprises is constantly changing. Original competitive edge always bounds enterprises’development. To be adapted to the development of economic era, how to promote competitive force and maintain competitive edge in fierce competition has already been an attractive focus in the medicine corporations. Through years of development, a comparatively complete medicine production system is formed in our nation. Large quantity of scaled excellent enterprises emerged, and market competitiveness markedly enhanced which effectively promoted the overall strength of China’s medicine economy. But in general, the development level of medicine corporations is not high. Compared with foreign medicine corporations, medicine corporations in our country have large numbers, small scale and lacking of competitive force. They are always losers in market competition. Under such background, corporations need to form new ability—Dynamic Capabilities, to maintain competitive force.Based on the theoretical study of knowledge, knowledge transfer and corporations’dynamic capability, through analyzing the relation between knowledge transfer and the medicine corporations’dynamic capability, specified the definition and characteristic of the medicine corporations’dynamic capability, and proposed a medicine corporations’dynamic capability analysis model grounded on knowledge transfer. Applied structural equation analysis method, this thesis made a positive analysis of medicine corporations’dynamic capability researching on famous medicine corporations of Jilin Province based on knowledge transfer. And promotion strategies of dynamic capability of medicine corporations under knowledge transfer are raised. The key conclusions are as follows: 1. Knowledge transfer is the guarding force of medicine corporations’dynamic capability development in our country. Under the theoretical framework of knowledge transfer, this thesis researched on the dynamic capability of medicine corporations in our country. Based on knowledge transfer, developing dynamic capability of the medicine corporations of our country is accorded with the basic developing situation of medicine corporations in our nation.2. Knowledge transfer and dynamic capability of medicine corporations interact with each other. Knowledge transfer is the basic way for promoting the development of medicine corporation dynamic capability in our country. Through knowledge transfer, enterprise could directly grasp the circumstances of competition and competitors’situation. Thus the development of medicine corporations’dynamic capability of our country is greatly influenced, and leading the direction for the development of medicine corporations’dynamic capability. Meanwhile, medicine corporations’dynamic capability of our nation influenced the level of knowledge transfer, and directing the development of knowledge transfer.3. The positive research of dynamic capability model demonstrated the developing modes of medicine corporations’dynamic capability of our nation. Through analyzing of the developing environment of medicine corporations and the successful experience of developing dynamic capability both in and abroad, the dynamic capability developing characteristics of medicine corporations are generated, and proposed new policies for developing dynamic capability of medicine corporations in our country.This thesis possess a positive function for quickening the development of medicine industry, enforcing enterprises’ competitive force of medicine corporation, and promoting an even and fast developing of medicine industry of our nation.
