Abstract


Modern biotechnology industry base on the Life Sciences and Biotechnology, do not consume any non-renewable resources as its fundamental features, the production process of modern biotechnology industry mainly come from the transformation of substance in different biology, minimize the negative effects on environments, as one of the typical infant industries, its characteristic:human-centric and sustainable development will be helpful in solving those problems during the development of human society, such as: population、health、energy、food、ecology and environment. Today, the development of modern biotechnology has come into the large-scale industrial phase, the rising of Bio-Medical, Bio-Agriculture, Bio-energy, Bio-manufacturing and so on are making biotechnology industry to become a new leading industry after the information industry during the world economy development, there will be particular significance for our country to process the development of Bio-Industry and Bio-economy when processing our country’s society and economy developmentThe article use the theoretical industries and Science & Technology industries of Marxist as introduction, bases on the results of large information collection to research and summarize the investigation in other countries. On the other hand, it also explores the development situation of Biotechnology Industry in China specific in Fujian province and particularly analyzes the problems during the Biotechnology Industry developing in Nanping City, after that base on these researches the specific countermeasure and measures are given to improve the Biotechnology Industry development in Nanping City.
