Abstract


In the fifteenth congress of the Chinese communist, some important arrangements was made preparation for the state enterprise reform. By reforming, we strove hard to build modern enterprise system in most large and middle state enterprise at the end of this century. Now, the modem enterprise system had been basically established, but some pivotal problem cannot be solved, it became a barrier in the way of the reform. Just as in this circumstance, by researching the major problem of state enterprise reform, assimilating foreign and national state enterprise successful reform experience , the author brings forward some suggestions to deepen reform. This thesis falls into four parts.In the first part, we evaluated and looked back the reform of the state enterprise in recent years.In the second part, the author studied some existing problem in the state enterprise. The main problem is existing in property right -. father configuration -. relation between government and enterprise -. assets management assets recombine.In the third part, the author analyzed the state enterprise reform experience of the western advanced countries, such as American, England, France, Germany and part of national region. Advanced countries towards to stock system and private system to avoid the malpractices of the state system.In the fourth part, the author puts forward countermeasures to deepen enterprise reform.
