Abstract


Foreign investment is growing faster in our Japanese market expansion, mergers and acquisitions by the development of the first joint-venture model . Has entered the Japanese market in China enterprises to take mergers and acquisitions to expand the scale and cost savings ; enterprises to adopt a cooperative investment into some policy restrictions into China 's cosmetic market and competition and the first- enterprises . Visible , mergers and acquisitions in our daily chemical industry widely expand the inevitable daily chemical industry in China will bring opportunities and challenges . The foreign daily chemical enterprises has tremendous financial strength , advanced technology and management experience , to some extent, is conducive to the development of China 's daily chemical industry , but the large-scale mergers and acquisitions brought a heavy blow to our daily chemical industry , and also China 's daily chemical industry safety caused a considerable degree of impact , it is necessary to strengthen the study of the impact of foreign mergers and acquisitions of daily chemical industry , seeks to regulate foreign acquisition activities of daily chemical enterprises grow daily chemical enterprises funded countermeasures , orderly Japanese industry market order . In this paper, using qualitative and quantitative method , illustrations and comparative analysis methods such as the development of the basic concepts of Japanese industry , and daily chemical industry, foreign investment in China 's reviewed , and a more detailed analysis of foreign mergers and acquisitions of Japanese positive and negative impacts of the industry , and thus this stage our government and the local daily chemical enterprises countermeasures for foreign mergers and acquisitions of Chinese daily chemical industry behavior .
