In the 21st century,talent competition is the final competition ,human resources as one as the most important resources ,related to enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises, and has gradually become a key factor to development the strategic objectives of the company . As the core of human resource management ,compensation management has the Incentives to attract and retain talent in the process of improving human capital value . As the top priority of pay administration, the reasonable degree of compensation system is directly related to success or failure of compensation management and business management. If the compensation system scientific and reasonable, it can stimulate employee’enthusiasm, improve performance, and provide the impetus for enterprise development. Otherwise, it will lead to drain the talent, lower the Job performance of staff, even going to pose a threat to the enterprise.In recent years, domestic enterprises have been pay more and more attention to salary management, and also to establish a more systematic compensation system. However, the compensation management is still the traditional type of salary management, it is not scientific and rational. It hampered the development of domestic enterprises. Based on the above, the paper selected as a research pharmaceutical company HS set point to optimize the design of its Compensation system.Firstly, this article exposition the theory of Compensation and Compensation system, in order to establish basis for optimization design. Then, the article introduced the Status of pharmaceutical industry and the compensation system of HS company, pointed out the company’s problems on Compensation system. Above, the article according to guiding ideology and circuit on optimal design of compensation system, construct the company’s compensation system, and design classified Compensation system for various staff positions. Finally, in order to ensure the Compensation system’success, this article Proposed a series of supporting measures.
