Abstract


Stock options was originally produced in the United States in the 1970s , after 20 years of development , 89% of U.S. companies have implemented stock option incentive system . In the salary structure of the enterprise management personnel , stock options accounted for 30% or even higher . Stock option incentive system over the past decade to bring income to U.S. managers increased more than 200 times , an effective solution to the principal-agent conflicts . Stock options in our country at present is still a new concept , imitation is also an innovative Chinese enterprises to imitate the mature market economy, the stock option incentive system , to be introduced into the human resources management in the enterprise . This paper describes the concept of stock options and the background and theoretical basis , details of the type of stock option incentive system . The method of operation , as well as to achieve the effect , analysis of the current situation of China's enterprises , and the necessity and feasibility of the implementation of stock option incentive system , and finally put forward the implementation of stock option incentive system in our country 's basic principles and specific design .
