Abstract


With the constant improvement of the market economy system , business and employment body has become increasingly diversified, expanding the proportion of the labor dispatch in corporate employment . However , due to China 's market economic system born out of the planned economic system with a strong administrative and planning color in labor management in labor management process of dispatching , many suited to follow the original management model labor dispatch management to keep up with the needs of business and development .
