In this thesis work mainly in the following aspects : 1 , the significance of the chiral separation , chiral separation method , high performance liquid chromatography chiral stationary phase and chiral separation mechanism . 2 Synthesis of D-mannose , D - galactose , D-xylose and D - glucose in a total of four monosaccharide chiral stationary phase , and to homemade chiral HPLC column , with hexane / isopropanol ( 90:10, v / v) as a mobile phase, in the normal phase chromatographic conditions , including alcohols, amino acids, amines and carboxylic acids of chiral compounds as well as some of chiral drugs were split of the four separation of chiral stationary phase . The experimental results show that : the best D - glucose chiral stationary phase separation . 3, using two methods , namely the control D - cellobiose , D- lactose and the silylating reagent (3 - isocyanate propyl - triethoxysilane) the reaction time was 1h and 0.5 h , and synthesis of the D- a total of four two of cellobiose and D-lactose sugar chiral stationary phase , and to homemade chiral HPLC column , using hexane / isopropanol (90:10, v / v) and methanol / water (50 : 50, v / v) as mobile phase in the chromatographic conditions of the positive and negative phase , alcohols , amino acids , amines , and carboxylic acids including 24 kinds of chiral compounds as well as a number of chiral drugs were split. Experimental results show that : a synthetic chiral stationary phase split more D - cellobiose chiral stationary phase separation is better than the D- lactose chiral stationary phase . 4, using two methods , namely the control D - raffinose with the silylating agent (3 - isocyanate propyl - triethoxysilane) the reaction time was 1h and 0.5 h , and synthesis of two D- raffinose sugar chiral stationary phase , and homemade chiral HPLC column , in the positive and negative phase chromatography under the conditions of 24 chiral compounds split. Experimental results show that : a synthetic chiral stationary phase split more ; chiral compounds are split 24 , there are 10 kinds of chiral compounds can be split .
