Abstract

Competition in the 21st century is a competition of comprehensive national strength. However, in fact it is a competition of talents. Comrade Hu Jintao pointed out that a cause, and talent-based. The quality of talents is the key issues in the development of our party and our national undertaking. The exploitative state of human resource is an important symbol to measure the developed extent of community. In contemporary world, as the tortuous development of the trend toward multi-polarity, continually deepening in economic globalization, and ever-changing advances in science and technology, the exploitation of human resource has become the most important strategic resource and the talents play decisive roles in the competition of comprehensive national strength.For national and regional economic development, talent is crucia. As an important part of human resource, female talents deserve more attention; because, reflecting on economy, the profit in the first round of investment of female human resource was higher than male. The United Nations researching ninety-six countries’the relevant data from 1990 to 2002 have verified it.Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is a region where many nationalities inhabit and the population of national minority is more than 1.8000 million, representing 38.4% of the population in the whole region. In thirty-one provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, it has the largest population of national minority. We have to exploit it and change population resource into human resource, and then form rich human capital to gain profit, finally make contribution on the harmonic, rapid and healthy development of GuangXi society and economy.There are many ways to exploit female human resource of national minority, and colleges and universities are the main front to exploit female human resource of national minority. This article will research the exploitation of national minority female human resource in GuangXi higher education, aiming at by understanding the status quo of national minority female human resource in colleges and universities, to come up with systemic recommendations to increase exploiting intensity of national minority female human resource in colleges and universities. I hope that by this research, I can provide some ideas to GuangXi Ministry of Education and colleges and universities to exploit national minority female human resource.National minority female in this article just mean national minority female undergraduates who have record of formal schooling above undergraduate course.
