Abstract


Broadly, international business in Commercial Banks is related to foreign currency or the activities of foreign customers, which include not only the business operations in foreign countries, but also include the business engaged in home which in relevant to foreign currency. Through in-depth studied the development of international business, which contribute to achieve business transformation of the Ningxia Branch of Agricultural Bank of China International trades, get the Ningxia Branch of Agricultural Bank of China for stable Risk-free income, is an important manifestation of the core competitiveness of the Ningxia Branch of Agricultural Bank of China, is evaluation standards of outstanding bank in Agricultural Bank of China, obtain higher evaluation in Commercial Banks of China. Therefore, the further research on Ningxia Branch of Agricultural Bank of China International trades become a common topic for both the theorists and the banking sector.In this paper, the development problems of international business of Ningxia Branch of Agricultural Bank of China are researched. Based on researched Management theory and Marketing representative manager theory of Commercial Bank, the Macro, Internal and External environment of the Ningxia Branch of Agricultural Bank of China are analyzed by the Five Forces model and PEST model. Finally, according to the analysis,concluded that Foreign Exchange Funds is weak strength, Quality Target customers is scarce, Internal Management is unclear, the quality of employees is lowly, Lack of the product innovation is poor which hindering the International business development of Agricultural Bank of China,,Ningxia Branch..Finally, on basis of the analysis, the paper gives Ningxia Branch of Agricultural Bank of China some suggestions on the development of international businesses. Establish the concept of long-term international business development, increase the strength of Foreign Exchange Funs,expand the Target Customers and optimize Customer Structure, strengthen the internal construction and comply process management, enrich the marketing agency and improve the quality of personnel, innovate product portfolio and improve service efficiency. So that the international trades of Ningxia Branch of Agricultural Bank of China has developed by leaps and bounds
