Abstract

Use as proton exchange membrane materials by thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA). Sulfonated poly aryl ether ketone sulfone (SPAEKS) conducted a study of the thermal properties . First with different heating rates , respectively, using the Kissinger method , Flynn-Wall-Ozawa and Friedman studied the thermal degradation kinetics of different degrees of sulfonation SPAEKS sulfonic acid groups in the nitrogen atmosphere is completely off . Different degrees of sulfonation SPAEKS the activation energy E, pre-exponential factor A and reaction order n , the correlation coefficient r . The results show that : the reaction order and activation energy changes not directly related , but the activation energy increases increase in SPAEKS sulfonation degree increases . Then using different heating rates , thermal gravimetric analysis as proton exchange membrane materials sulfonated poly aryl ether ketone sulfone copolymer in a different atmosphere . The study shows that in air , SPAEKS easier to accomplish the complete rupture of the polymer main chain . Kissinger method , Flynn-Wall-Ozawa method and Friedman studied SPAEKS 's completely off of the sulfonic acid groups in the thermal degradation kinetics . The activation energy E , pre-exponential factor A , the reaction order n , the correlation coefficient r . Flynn- Wall - Ozawa and Friedman methods resulting activation energy than the activation energy obtained by Kissinger method is slightly lower in the same kind of atmosphere conditions ; under different atmospheric conditions , air atmosphere by Kissinger method , Flynn -Wall -Ozawa the method calculated activation energy is lower than the nitrogen atmosphere by Kissinger method , Flynn-Wall-Ozawa method calculated activation energy . Establish a degree of sulfonation of 0.8 SPAEKS life equation , and in the two atmosphere Coats-Redfern determined the sulfonation degree 0.8 SPAEKS , reaction mechanism, the life of the material in the specific use temperature proton exchange membrane . provides a theoretical basis .
