Abstract

The aggregate is an important part of the concrete . The aggregate gradation concrete workability , durability , mechanical properties and economic performance has a great impact . Many scholars have been committed to the research in this area , and achieved certain results , but still has some shortcomings . Actual concrete production , aggregate gradation is determined by the percentage of sand with reference to national norms , the lack of quantitative computerized . This thesis, the aggregate gradation carried out the following work : (1) from the concrete mix than the theoretical analysis of aggregate gradation and density on the performance of concrete ; ( 2 ) analysis of the impact of aggregate gradation density and based on the preparation of the concrete aggregate gradation curve ; ( 3) study the method of preparation aggregate maximum density level calculation of the percentage of the particle size of the material of the grading curve ; (4) the related aggregate concrete performance test test ; (5) analysis of the test results , and then put forward a concrete mix design method . Get the following results : ( 1) The aggregate maximum density gradation method of preparation ; ( 2 ) solving aggregate particle size of the material content using MATLAB and Excel software ; ( 3 ) proved Teppo (Talbol) gradation the curve maximum aggregate density ; (4) ordinary concrete with Teppo (Talbol) grading curve than design ; (5 ) concrete strength tests show that : the strength of the concrete in the maximum bulk density are not necessarily the biggest , gravel the proportion with reasonable concrete will have maximum intensity .
