Abstract

The purpose of this paper is the use of sequential injection on-line separation and preconcentration and hydride generation atomic fluorescence coupled with technology , the establishment of a new method for determination of arsenic and its speciation analysis . The first chapter introduces the arsenic speciation analysis of research progress , FI / SI line preconcentration and separation methods and atomic fluorescence spectrometry . Chapter II dual - micro column parallel , sequential injection - line preconcentration and separation - hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry directly inorganic arsenic speciation analysis . Bonded silica C18 beads and two 717 anion exchange resin adsorption material used in the experiment , the adsorption of As (Ⅲ)-PDC complex and As (V) in a certain acidity , respectively . Then using 3 mol L-1 HCl elution of two micro-column eluent into the atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer detection , in order to achieve the As (Ⅲ) and As (V) speciation analysis . Optimal experimental conditions , C18 micro-column enrichment factor of As ( III ) of 7 , the method precision of 2.8 % ( 1.0μg L -1 , n = 11 ) , the detection limit is 0.02μg L -1 line sexual range of 0.05 - 1.5μg L -1 ; 717 anion exchange column of as (V) , an enrichment factor of 8.2 , the precision of the method , 2.9% ( 1.0μg / L , n = 11 ) , the detection limit is 0.03μg L -1, the linear range 0.1.1.5μg L-1. Detection of river water reference material SLRS-4 ( Canada ) , with the standard value ; spiked recovery tests on lake recovery qualified . Chapter wood fiber as adsorbent material , to establish a new method of hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry determination of arsenic . Wood fiber adsorption of As-APDC complex separation and enrichment of arsenic . Retain trace amounts of arsenic in the micro- column eluted with HCl and sodium borohydride using atomic fluorescence spectrometry for quantitative analysis . The method has a linear range of 0.05-1.0μg L-1, an enrichment factor of 8.8 , and the detection limit is 0.02μg L -1 . Digestion sample of countries the standard material GBW10010 ( rice ) were measured , the results with the standard value , Dalian coastal waters spiked recovery experiments , recoveries qualified .
