Abstract


With the development of the country's economic , scientific and technological level , the tobacco industry , the ongoing transformation and upgrading of the structure of enterprise automation . Currently , the automated system of the tobacco industry, including production , logistics and information on three major projects . However, most of the enterprises raw smoke box packaging still uses manual removal , such workers poor working conditions and inefficient . Thus, the robot the unboxing system emerged . The robot the unboxing system is cigarette packet before entering the production line of silk the recipe library automation of logistics systems with silk production line interface , is primarily responsible for removal of the external packaging of cigarette packets . The part of the mechanical automation , helps the the unmanned work environment achieve system tobacco factory assembly line . Firstly, the development of the robot , the robot in the application of the tobacco industry, as well as the robot unboxing system domestic research status were introduced, then according to the the subject visual and agencies match the characteristics of tobacco external packaging removed , of pipeline plan design , composite four organizations part of the design of the the fixture framework suction device , the scissors Ties device and the bar pad of paper device , the choice of pneumatic components , as well as the design of the visual system were introduced in detail , and validated through theoretical suction device , shear bar with the feasibility of the device last the experimental test shear Ties device , the bar pad paper devices and visual systems , the the visual detection locate cable ties and a pad of paper , mechanical systems turn removal of tobacco box outer packaging ( strapping , cartons , in turn cut a pad of paper ) functionality , removing the strapping shear Ties device innovation organizations in the design and implementation
