Abstract


The object of this paper is a metal belt CVT CVT kinetic analysis . Summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of multiple related model , the establishment of a mechanical model of a metal belt CVT , and the derived theoretical formulas instead of the old empirical formula . Dynamics analysis software ADAMS is used in the theoretical analysis and calculation after the establishment of a kinetic model for simulation and analysis of its dynamics simulation . Theoretical mechanics modeling and dynamics simulation software the two simulation analysis method to come to be the result of more accurate , helping to eliminate the adverse effects brought simplify the analysis results . The results not only can be used for analysis of metal belt CVT design and strength check , but also for precise control cone round basis clamping force . Belt CVT transmission efficiency is an important measure of its performance indicators . Mechanical continuously variable transmission system analysis based on comprehensive consideration of the impact of various factors on the CVT power loss , the draw ratio CVT transmission in different forms of power loss , and then calculate the efficiency . And calculated efficiency with the torque , speed changes in the trend graph and efficiency with the torque, speed ratio trends in Fig . The combination of these forms of power loss , the CVT power loss parameters were analyzed to identify the main factors caused the power loss of the CVT and optimization ideas or methods .
