Abstract


Modern research has shown , the Chinese medicine Arctiin with significant hypoglycemic and anti- diabetic nephropathy . Arctium hypoglycemic and anti- diabetic nephropathy active site of its contained total lignan burdock glycosides and arctigenin , the main ingredients. The of Arctium total lignans pharmacological activity , toxicity, and can be used for preparation of hypoglycemic and anti- diabetic nephropathy drugs . In this paper, based on preliminary studies , system total lignan content greater than 80% of the the Arctium effective parts , and its quality standards and stability studies to establish total Wood of visfatin Arctiin and Arctiin yuan indicator content of the component detected . UV - visible spectrophotometry , total lignan content was measured at 280 nm ; using high performance liquid chromatography with methanol - water ( 10:11 ) as the mobile phase determination Arctiin content of methanol - acetonitrile - water ( 20:20:60 ) as mobile phase to determination arctigenin content . The methodological study results prove that the method is accurate, sensitive , and easy to reproduce . Stability study results show that the impact factor test , accelerated testing and long-term test for the main content , the Arctium hypoglycemic kidney effective parts in high temperature , high humidity and light conditions 10 days good ; 40 ± 2 ℃, relative stability humidity of 75 ± 5% under the condition of stability of 6 months ; nine months of stability under the conditions of 60 ± 10% relative humidity at 25 ± 2 ℃, good .
