High-frequency , modularization , digitization is the development direction of the switching power supply . The main way to achieve high-frequency soft switching technology shifted full-bridge pulse width modulation inverter phase zero -voltage and zero- current (ZVZCS) soft switching PWM technology in the more successful examples of the application of the full-bridge DC-DC converter , and has realize the value of good engineering . This article is based on the combination of the high frequency switching power supply , and digitized by using output coupled inductor to achieve soft switching new the secondary reed -bit ZVZCS PWM DC / DC converter feedback control the digitization . The paper analyzes the working principle of the new converter , parameter calculation equations derived converter various states ; design a the Sunplus chip microcontroller SPCE061A core digitized feedback control system , PWM phase shift control signal through software design output ; successfully use PSpice9.2 software converter simulation , and analysis of the impact of various parameters on the performance of the converter , and came to the optimization of the design parameters of the converter ; Finally developed a strategy based on the new topology and digital control 48V/480W shift phase control zero- voltage and zero current soft - switching power supply , its main circuit and control circuit , driver circuit , protection circuit and high-frequency transformer design process , and measure the actual running experimental prototype waveform. The theoretical analysis and experimental results show : the new converter topology is more than 1 / 3 load range to achieve zero voltage switching of the leading leg lagging leg of the zero-current switching at any load , and the auxiliary circuit structure is simple , without energy components and active switch , secondary side rectifier voltage stress , small auxiliary circuit internal circulation and overall high efficiency ; simple hardware structure , high integration , digital control and fault protection ; verify the selected control system program correctness and reliability .
