Abstract

To solve the long-standing legacy of power supply enterprise management problems in the establishment of the power supply enterprise strategic performance management system, you must follow the \possible to ensure smooth power supply enterprise, stable introduction of strategic performance management system; Second, to help straighten out the power supply enterprise development ideas, regulate the internal management; Third, we should focus on the high-level review of the corporate performance management system, capable of improve enterprise management level play a role. Performance management is the eternal theme of enterprises, state-owned monopoly industries for power enterprises is also true. Past performance management for the electricity industry there are few specialized research. Therefore, the author of this thesis work unit selected for the study of this industry, the status quo through a preliminary investigation and problem diagnosis, to establish strategic goals based on the company's performance measurement system, and then design a national standards-based performance management system. In this thesis, theory with practice, to the national grid company's strategic objectives as the basis for China's national conditions and the characteristics of the power industry as the background, the application of the Balanced Scorecard model, combining theoretical aspects of performance management for the county-level power supply enterprises to design a performance management paradigm. The results show that although the first enterprise in the performance appraisal and reward has already done a lot of useful exploration, but overall, enterprises still lack a unified framework based on guidelines established by comprehensive performance management system. Secondly, in the performance management system designed for the enterprise, you must carry out the necessary preparatory work, including an analysis of the strategic planning headquarters; setting efficient corporate organization; complete job description; improve employee performance management understanding. The final form of the performance management system must be complete cycle for the current power supply enterprise management mode, combined with the future developments in the positive power supply enterprises to implement effective performance management system for electricity has an important significance in promoting.
