Abstract


The film electrode is a core member of a fuel cell , its performance plays a key role in the performance of the fuel cell , a spraying method is one of the important methods of preparation of the membrane electrode , but also can be used for the preparation of a high precision coating , its performance on the the quality of the coating , the degree of uniformity of the coating has an important influence . Spray - way choice spraying effect , is the most important prerequisite to avoid waste and get better quality coating contrast by spraying , and the results of the comprehensive test , the final selection of air assisted atomizing spray as the spraying manner . Spray systems equipment design, including double- coordinates of the mobile platform design, and the stirring device design , nozzle component design , and so on , some parts of which the Security Checking . And through a combination of methods and testing , improvement and innovation is one of the important parts . This article uses the computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT nozzle modeling and numerical simulation . Pressure field and velocity field inside the nozzle , the nozzle external velocity and the phase distribution , and the simulation results and experimental results were compared to verify the credibility of the simulation results . Simulation of the flow field inside the nozzle , including internal liquid and gas flow field simulation . Calculated using a multiphase flow model , the nozzle internal liquid and gas velocity field and the pressure field contours and curves through simulation , and the simulation results are analyzed . Basis outside the nozzle , liquid and gas interaction outside the nozzle flow field simulation . Using a multiphase flow model has been calculated, the external velocity and phase distribution . Last through the test , the result of adding auxiliary atomizing air before and after contrast , comprehensive simulation results , assisted atomization air atomizing effect can be seen to verify the feasibility of the calculation of the simulation results also verified on the results obtained by the spray system design and improvement .
