With the development of society, increased competition, high school students, this special group under the enormous pressure of the college entrance examination, their physical and mental health should arouse the attention of psychologists. Heavy academic burden, the high school students how to improve their own academic self-efficacy, and how to better subjective well-being, requires psychologists to explore a way. In this study, starting from the angle of physical exercise, the use of literature to read and questionnaire method of combining explore physical exercise, academic self-efficacy, subjective well-being among. In this study, extracted in a high school of 608 students in three grades, conducted a questionnaire survey. Use spss17.0 data obtained difference test, correlation analysis and regression analysis, to explore the physical exercise, academic self-efficacy and subjective well-being among relations. Draw the following conclusions: (1) high school student body workout, academic there is significant correlation between self-efficacy and subjective well-being. The amount of physical exercise and academic self-efficacy of behavioral control performance dimensions and overall there is a significant positive correlation. Physical exercise duration and academic self-efficacy sense of behavior control performance there is a significant positive correlation; physical exercise amount and subjective happiness sense of positive emotions, negative emotions, life satisfaction, a sense of physical satisfaction and happiness sense overall has significantly's are related . Physical exercise duration and SWB positive emotions, negative emotions, life satisfaction, body satisfaction and happiness in general have a significant positive correlation. Each dimension of academic self-efficacy dimensions and overall and subjective well-being and overall have a significantly positive correlation. (2) physical activity has a significant role in the prediction of various dimensions of subjective well-being of the high school students. (3) the amount of physical exercise, and exercise duration differences of subjective well-being of high school students. : Various dimensions of subjective well-being and subjective well-being in general, the high school students of the large amount of physical exercise is better than a moderate amount of exercise students, students moderate amount of exercise is better than a small amount of exercise students. Exercise duration more than 12 weeks of high school students better than students in the 8 - 12 weeks, exercise duration in 8 - 12 weeks of high school students is better than exercise duration high school students in the eight weeks following exercise duration. (4) a different grade high school students the amount of physical exercise and exercise duration were significant differences. The greater the amount of physical exercise in the higher grade high school students, the longer the duration of physical exercise; the different grade high school students' academic self-efficacy significantly different; subjective well-being of different grade high school students there are significant differences. (5) the amount of physical exercise, the boys significantly more than girls; on exercise duration, the boys and girls were no significant differences. The girls there are gender differences in academic self-efficacy, adaptation performance was significantly better than boys. Gender significant differences in subjective well-being does not exist.
