Abstract


With the rapid development of China's electric power substation , as well as the deepening of the power grids , the grid operation reliability requirements are increasing , at the same time has become even more emphasis on the economic efficiency of the power system operation . Therefore , the substation automation system power enterprises to improve the quality of power supply , the rational allocation of power supply equipment , and an important means for the effective implementation of the DSM .
