Abstract


This paper studies consider the reliability of power supply , power supply price regulation methods . The Incentive Regulation strengthen the operational performance of the power supply enterprise , the need to strengthen the regulation on the quality of power supply and power supply reliability . In this paper, the reliability of power supply design an incentive mechanism and the corresponding power supply price regulation methods . Firstly, the use of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the efficiency of the power supply enterprise assessment index weights , and then select the input and output indicators of the efficiency evaluation model and the introduction of customer service reliability evaluation and assessment indicators , and then using the data envelopment analysis calculated the relative efficiency of the power supply enterprise value (DEA) , and the implementation of the price incentive mechanisms based on the performance of the power supply enterprise . Meanwhile, considering the user blackout loss compensation factor power supply enterprise pricing strategy were discussed. The design method either effective regulation of electricity prices , supply can motivate enterprises to improve the reliability of power supply , our supply price regulation and supply reliability management provides a guidance method .
