Abstract


Software Defined Radio wireless communication has become very critical technologies. The basic idea is to speed A / D, D / A as close to the antenna , in an open, modular hardware platform using a common software as much as possible to achieve the various functions of the radio station . Discussed herein polyphase filter bank channelized receiver (PPCR) and non-uniform division of the channel , which is the application of a new concept of software radio technology . The technology exists for conventional radio receiver structure is not flexible , system upgrades difficulties , weak ability to handle multiple signals and systems issues such as the size is too large , the application of modern multi-rate signal processing theory for the improvements. PPCR improved software radio reception capability with full probability , to the signal and reduce the sampling rate conversion processing, and after the consumption of resources is low, and rely on a field programmable gate array (FPGA) established platform is open , when required without changing the hardware system through software changes the case of the system functions, which greatly improves the flexibility of the system . Many advantages it has a very wide range of applications , but also become a research hotspot . This paper introduces the topic of application background and in-depth discussion of the basic theory of software radio : signal sampling theory and multirate signal processing theory , introduced the application of the sampling process PPCR , PPCR derivation is given a mathematical model , and in this elaborated on the basis of analysis of non-uniform division channel principle . In this part of the system simulation and implementation , first introduced the application of modern DSP Development Tools DSPBuilder for the development of the design process , and then the application PPCR DSP Builder to design the main module - polyphase filter bank and a fast Fourier transform module in detail elaborated , the last of system simulation and experimental results of the implementation process diagram is analyzed. This article is in the laboratory stage of the algorithm in hardware implementation research. Results can be used as the basis for subsequent applied research on the concept of a variety of applications software radio communication system has a certain reference value.
