Abstract


As the economy develops and the improvement of people’s living standard, electricity as a clean and convenient energy, become increasingly relevant to people’s livelihood, people’s dependence on electricity increasing. Electrical engineering project has a higher risk, because of large investment、long duration、technical complexity and there are many factors affecting it. Therefore, Conduct a study on risk assessment and risk management of electricity projects, not only has important theoretical significance, but also of great practical significance.Based on this research background, this paper will engage in analytical research on risk identification and risk assessment of electrical engineering. Through a summary of the basic theory of risk management, combining the characteristics of electric power projects, establishing a risk evaluation index system suitable for electric power projects, and we smartly use AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method to analysis the example of the power construction project.
