Abstract


The construction of Baotou Beishaliang 220Kv project is based on the power load growing needs of Baotou region. It is in favor of regulating hydro-power grids in central china to achieve the allocation of resources within the wider optimize, and it is conducive to the safe and stable operation of power grids.This article described the research background and the technical line; in details introduced the pre-evaluation theory; discussed the need for construction projects. On the base of analysising the Baotou Beishaliang 220Kv project, system cut-over scheme and scale of construction were studied, general situation and the project scheme were being anaysed, and analysed the project investment estimatimation and its sensibility were discussed, From many angles and all-round ti the protect, the environment protect construction resource comprehensive utilization measure were appraised. In the end, it was confirmed that the construction of Baotou Beishaliang 220Kv project is rational, feasible.
