Rural vast territory, schools dotted with numerous objects of teaching, however, many rural areas, the number of high school is a serious shortage of students would choose to come to the city to study after graduating from junior high school, they get in junior high school English education between them and urban students had a very a large gap, which seriously affect their enthusiasm to learn English. Oral communication ability of high school for rural students to conduct research should have practical significance and significance. This purpose, this article will use surveys, interviews, experiments, analysis, analysis of rural students speaking ability status quo, and the causes of the poor rural students speaking ability on the feasibility of oral communicative competence train rural students in real-world conditions, proposed the countermeasures to improve the students' speaking ability, and finally by the students for an academic year teaching experiment, to verify the feasibility of countermeasures. This paper mainly discusses the following five aspects: First, oral communication ability. Second, the poor rural students' oral communication ability. Articles from the aspects of the teaching methods, the attitude of rural students treat oral communicative competence to elaborate. Third, improve the ability of rural students' oral communication countermeasures. Including voice, intonation training; intensify the hearing training; communicative activities use. Fourth, the teaching and evaluation. Five, should cause the teachers pay special attention to some of the problems found in the process of teaching practice. For example, teachers should pay attention to the culture of the rural middle school students a good personality traits and psychological qualities; teachers should pay attention to error correction in oral teaching strategies.
