Abstract


The main subject of hydropower plants of the existing water supply system for the aluminum Guizhou Branch to ensure that the existing contradictions between the safe and stable operation of the water supply system , frequency control technology to guarantee transit pond at a high level run at the same time , to reduce the one-stop ( water pumping station ) and two stations ( intermediate pressure ) open to stop operation of the pump station to avoid the threat posed by the operation of water hit the pipeline . Hydraulic analysis of papers on the current situation of water supply , the asynchronous motor speed control method and frequency control water supply principle discussed , on this basis , design a program using high frequency control technology with PLC control of the water supply system , design the main control circuit diagram and control procedures , and the corresponding control principle discussed selection of the equipment in the program at the same time . Theoretical analysis of the existing water supply system , the control method of frequency control technology , design, frequency conversion control technology can be seen frequently in the production operation and simplify the operation of the operating personnel , are better able to avoid reducing the closed gate the water hammer threat pipeline , while allowing the transit pool running, maintain a high level to ensure the smooth operation of the safety of the water supply system has greater practical significance .
