Abstract


Frequency control technology with significant energy-saving effect , excellent speed performance and broad applicability , etc. are widely used in industrial and agricultural production and national defense science and technology fields . Frequency control system is generally composed of mechanical and electrical integration of complex equipment by the inverter , motor , mechanical drive device , in order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the system , improve system reliability is a core element of the frequency control system . For the core content , Motor Variable Speed ??System fault detection and diagnose the problem , wavelet noise cancellation technology in the fault signal pre-processing applications, the wavelet function to determine the threshold to determine the rules and thresholds role in-depth study ; of the output voltage and current characteristics of the inverter fails , and the use of improved wavelet packet algorithm for fault feature extraction current signal . Motor broken rotor bars , we proposed to determine whether the motor rotor broken bars fault diagnosis method based on wavelet packet decomposition coefficients , while using wavelet packet frequency bands energy method to study it . In order to improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis , the motor vibration signal acquisition and analysis . Wavelet packet frequency bands energy method to extract the fault characteristics of the motor vibration signal as the input vectors of the BP neural network , the learning algorithm of the back propagation algorithm of Levenberg - Marquadt function Trainlm the network is trained through repeated testing analysis to determine the BP network structure , and multiple sets of data to test , test results reach the intended target . Practice has proved that the frequency control system based on wavelet packet neural network fault diagnosis scheme is feasible and effective .
