Abstract


Bribery is most concerned about the international community high incidence of sexual offenses , but also the governments of the world , without exception, every effort focuses on combating the serious criminal activities . Bribery not only fueling the spread of corruption in today's society , serious damage to the staff of state organs and public image and social prestige , but also seriously disrupted the normal order of market transactions , undermine fair competition in the market economy requirements hamper the healthy development of the economy , hazard honest government, and social atmosphere , with serious social harm . This paper is divided into four parts.
