Abstract

Agricultural and forestry waste as a low ash, low sulfur renewable clean energy and attentions , all kinds of crop straw in China is rich in resources , technology utilizes broad prospects . Modern society attaches great importance to environmental protection , higher volatile fluorine, chlorine in the pyrolysis process ; pyrolysis process as combustion , gasification important stage , to determine the amount and form of trace elements into the three products , slagging corrosion . From efficient use of agricultural and forestry wastes , to control fluorine , chlorine emissions departure , straw , rice husk , wood chips , three biomass as the research object , its pyrolysis reaction and fluorine, chlorine migration of research . By thermal gravimetric analysis of the obtained biomass pyrolysis characteristics and kinetic parameters , and the selected model accuracy verification . Experimental study of biomass pyrolysis characteristics to explore the biomass thermal solution coke , gas , tar characteristics ; fractal theory and environmental scanning electric mirrors graduate substances coke internal pore structure characteristics of low-temperature segment raw material mainly is devolatilization coke carbon skeleton no damage , developed porosity ; 800 ° C coke external area is mainly smooth , a silicide of the sheet-like , the interior is a narrow groove-shaped carbides , carbide decomposition becomes large, to carry out the reaction so that the internal pore . Comparative study on the characteristics of biomass gasification , to analyze the gasification medium , temperature and other influencing factors as well as the variation of the calorific value of gas . H 2 O gasification mainly composed of H 2 , high calorific value gas production ; CO 2 the gasification gas mainly composed of CO , the temperature the more high more conducive to the production of CO Compare oxygen flask combustion and high temperature combustion hydrolysis , a small deviation of the two methods . Content of the biomass F the 30mg/kg, Cl content 2000mg/kg; precipitation of fluorine, chlorine divided into rapid volatilization Duan and slow volatile segment , the main precipitate are in the range of 200-600 ° C ,200- 400 ° C ; Low segment based HF , HCl gas form , high temperature mainly fluoride, chloride salt volatilized gaseous form . Biomass , fluorine, chlorine is mainly distributed in the coke, and the gas transferred to the gas with the pyrolysis temperature increases from coke , tar fluorine, chlorine amount little change .
