Abstract


To improve the work efficiency of the steam turbine , the steam turbine blade surface is usually designed to distort the variable cross-section surface , the blade shape is very complicated . Thus, accurate geometric modeling of the turbine blades is very important to ensure the quality of leaf processing . This article the Turbine blades mathematical modeling and CNC interpolation algorithm research , according to the drawings data of steam turbine blades inverse calculation based on NURBS curves and surfaces , the establishment of a precise mathematical model of the turbine blades . Requirements for processing high-speed high-precision CNC blade to blade mathematical model based on NURBS curve of the blade section group , using MATLAB programming simulation , validation blade CNC machining adaptability of different interpolation methods .
