Abstract


New Teacher Education is Lifelong Education requirements , teacher education is an important component of its effective implementation will help improve new teachers work adaptability , and promoting new teachers' professional development and to enhance new teachers overall qualities. English Teacher ' New Teacher Education for the content of training measures , specific operating procedures and so made detailed provisions , in theory and practice levels have made great progress. So think through the British New Teacher education research, education of new teachers recruited to make a study of the specific practical strategies , but also hope that this research for other scholars to conduct research in this area to provide some basis .
