Abstract


The increasingly fierce competition in China's construction enterprises, construction labor costs rose sharply. Firstly, analysis of construction enterprises source of profit and labor costs constitute types of important factors affecting the rise of labor costs, through in-depth analysis, drawing on a highly efficient and comprehensive enterprise management mode of construction enterprises to control labor costs rise in the strategy put forward a few point corresponding recommendations by analyzing and comparing the practicality and effectiveness of the various measures. So that labor costs rose sharply to minimize the adverse impact of construction enterprises. Following extensive collection of information, in-depth research and analysis combined with rising labor costs and construction enterprises profits in fixed mode and list mode calculation methods and sources with the status quo, the direct cause of the rise in labor costs in the construction costs, on this basis on the analysis of the impact of labor costs sharply higher profits of construction enterprises. How to Avoid the impact on of building corporate profits and competitiveness due to rising labor costs, develop a reasonable and effective enterprise employment system and improve labor efficiency strategy proposed building enterprise project management process, construction enterprises in the current fierce competition neutral dominant position. In order to achieve the ultimate goal of the construction enterprises contracted projects - businesses to complete the project, while earnings should first departure from the source of rising labor costs, develop a reasonable construction enterprise employment system, with wages for migrant workers in the labor costs in a pivotal position, various construction companies for rising labor costs work out appropriate countermeasures is particularly important. The premise of all the legitimate rights and interests of the protection of migrant workers to reduce labor costs, rising labor costs in order to protect the rights and interests to reduce other costs. Through the above analysis of the enterprise workforce strategy put forward several proposals to increase the the enterprise technical content, improve labor skills, improve labor productivity, research, patent work law standards, so that the construction enterprises may have greater profit margins. Last through the engineering case study to verify the operability and effectiveness of the theory and method of controlling labor costs, and verify the results show that, through the rational control labor costs and work out a reasonable construction enterprise strategy, can labor costs rose sharply the adverse minimize the impact.
