Abstract


The impact of changes in labor costs of enterprises there is more controversy . The departure from the characteristics of the labor costs duality , collate and summarize the efficiency wage theory based on empirical studies of the textile enterprises in the A-share market , to explore the impact of labor costs on labor productivity , corporate profits obtained in order to observe the increase in labor costs the combined effect of the enterprise . Normative analysis by first concept to define and document research, depth discussion of the characteristics of the labor costs duality , combing summarize the basic principles and theoretical models of efficiency wage theory , preliminary analysis of the changes in labor costs may impact theory . Second , the article on the basis of the status quo of China 's labor costs and changes in trend research , the unit labor cost index , the labor cost of China 's industrial sector and the OECD major countries compare , based on the analysis of the relative cost of labor in which the level of production efficiency perspective , pointed out that the increase in labor costs , feasibility , reasonableness and necessity . Empirical analysis part of the study the theory of the mechanism of the changes in labor costs , based on to build article empirical research method and model framework , obtained through the study of empirical data on the A-share market of textile enterprises in 2003-2008 , labor costs and production the relationship between efficiency , corporate profits , and thus verify the efficiency wage theory and labor costs duality perspective , pointed out that the changes in labor costs is not a single performance of the costs and profits of the zero-sum game between workers and enterprises in labor costs increase the problem is there may be a win-win model .
