Abstract

Screw pile is an upper part of the Straight , the lower screw pile of modular construction, high efficiency , easy construction , no vibration , no noise , compared with the traditional rod pile and spiral pile construction , no mud spoil . The more important is the carrying capacity of the screw pile than traditional pile lever having advantages of having a more rational than the whole spiral pile - pile . However, so far , the screw pile correlative theoretic far behind the engineering practice , has seriously hampered its application in practical engineering and development . The screw piles taking into account the research status of this work are as follows : (1) the use of finite element software ANSYS numerical simulation analysis of the mechanical properties of the screw piles under vertical loads , and then compared with the measured data to prove the finite element the accuracy of the model . ( 2) Select the common bilinear load transfer function , analog screw pile in soil and pile end soil bearing state , export screw piles in the soil around the pile is an explicit solution of the load - settlement curves under different conditions , and numerical analysis results compared , combined with the existing experimental results demonstrated the load transfer function method in the analysis of the correctness of the feasibility and the resulting analytical solution is screw pile load settlement . (3 ) the use of the S - logP method to determine the ultimate bearing capacity of screw piles . ( 4 ) analysis of various pile parameters force performance and carrying capacity of screw single pile , the calculated results show that , select the appropriate screw pile parameters the screw piles give full play to the advantage of its carrying capacity to ensure concluded screw pile design and production to provide a reference .
