Abstract

This article from the period of the tender, contract period, the implementation of the project talked about the various types of risk identification, prevention and control of the process, the project cost analysis methods and procedures, and the latest Japanese cost management philosophy on the construction enterprise risk contract, subcontract, debt analysis of the various risks, appropriate early warning system for the design and improvement of proposed specific risk response measures, and finally through the improvement and perfection of the management process, the implementation of the warning control system for real-time control method and the standard embedded into the IT system environment which, with the help of information technology means to achieve control of the whole process of risk management control crossing forward and things in advance. The article also discusses the key strategies and principles for the implementation of information technology, the last instance of the process and the effect of the financial implementation of the centralized accounting management system by ABC Company to verify the information technology an important role in the implementation of the pre-control degree. Through this research has basically reached the following purposes: First, to understand the various types of risk, rapid access to a real risk. Two is for the risk to establish the applicable construction enterprise project tube control, early warning system and management control system, improve the construction enterprise risk management and control capacity and enterprise core competitive ability; Third, in practice how information technology to build information fast channel, strengthen integrated information sharing, the effective implementation of early warning, and to improve the quality of management decisions, and to promote the construction enterprise management level to enhance the overall.
