Abstract


\Thus, the primary school teacher working in primary education is very important work. Elementary school teacher's professional happiness to the healthy growth of students and overall development. It can be said that only a happy primary school teacher, in order to cultivate a sense of having a happy child. Therefore, the focus of primary teacher professional happiness, improve primary school teacher's professional happiness is especially important. And pay attention to the class teacher professional happiness, but also the attention to students' growth and development, concerns the development of education important content. In this study, the integrated use of literature, questionnaires, interviews and other methods of Jiangyin City, town elementary school teacher career happiness status of the investigation, analysis of Jiangyin City, town elementary school teacher professional happiness status quo, identify existing issues, and based on this research to enhance the town, Jiangyin City Elementary School teacher professional happiness and effective way. The results showed that: nearly half of urban elementary school teacher missing Jiangyin career happiness. Class work in a sense of achievement and career happiness is proportional; teacher working excessive pressure; parents and students on the teacher's respect as they used to, so that teacher absence due respect; leadership for the teacher's work is not able to give appropriate and timely affirmation and encouragement; receive family support teacher less than normal, even lower than the ratio of opposition and so on. In response to these problems, put forward upgrade from three elementary teacher professional way to happiness. Class itself: the ideal mind, full of passion ignited in happiness; enhance learning in reading and writing savor happiness; emphasis on research in the professional growth harvest happiness; adept at leveraging, in cooperation and exchange wander happiness; attitude adjustment, in calm calmly enjoy happiness. Education authorities and schools: Focus on primary teacher professional development; increasing primary school teacher benefits; reduce primary class teacher working pressure; reform elementary teacher evaluation system; elementary school teacher to carry out special activities. Other areas: community should understand and support the teacher; parents should respect and trust teacher.
