Qin Dynasty Confucian education school attaches great importance to the human body Personality training. Confucius devoted his life to scholarship and educating people, Mencius is emphasized the subjectivity of students , while the teachers' status Xunzi onto a lofty position . But in the instrumental rationality prevalent today, under the influence of ideology in quick success in the \Language teachers in literacy teachers , teacher subjectivity Personality Lost is worrying . Because language education , the relationship between national cultural heritage , the relationship between the construction of people's mental world , the relationship between students' spiritual nourishment. Language teachers lost the spirit of subjective personality is very serious , which not only led to burnout , also had a split personality . In the \Language teachers is in basic survival and poetically tragic choice between . The core of Confucian educational thought is to build awareness, self-discipline subjective personality . This should be the subject of language teachers personality should be reflected in the framework of reality . But the reality of the secondary language teaching is exam alienated prosaic classroom , school language teachers utilitarian alienated almost no conscious spirit. Language education goal has not been truly realized . Confucian Doctrine of Beauty Dorians in terms of today's high school language teachers to provide a strong recommendation. That is, ordinary middle school language teachers should be within the existing space , changing itself and strengthen its accomplishment, intrinsic reality beyond exams and evaluation system .
