The industrial agglomeration Is the inherent law of industrial development is the inevitable product of industrialization under the conditions of a market economy develops to a certain stage . From a practical point of view , the current scale gathering of industrial space has become a trend of economic development . But as the industry continues to develop , it is brought to mankind huge material civilization , but also growing impact on the natural environment . 2009 , in accordance with the requirements of the Henan Development and Reform Commission , the cities and counties began to compile industry gathering area development plan to guide the various undertakings to carry out some of the problems exposed in the planning of the implementation process worthy of our consideration , from the planning level how to make planning more scientific, reasonable and operability study should strengthen the planning and design personnel , and ecological planning is an effective way to solve the above problems . In this paper, based on the summary of domestic and international industry gathering area planning related to ecological theories , summarized the research in this area important theoretical thoughts . Study of selected commercial aquaculture gathering area for the study area , the use of ecological security theory and application of the ecological footprint method and the ecological carrying capacity balance model technology , ecological security assessment of the study area , the evaluation results Shangshui ecological security in the medium security level , the ecological crisis is relatively unstable . Shangshui industry gathering area development planning and implementation of ecological security strategy based on ecological security evaluation , expand to reach the industry gathering area planning scientific and operability , as well as for other industrial agglomeration area planning reference.
