Abstract

The construction industry is the pillar industry of our country, and play an important role in promoting the development of the national economy. Since the reform and opening up, the rapid development of China's construction enterprises, and to carry out a large number of international business. Although China has become the fourth largest contractors in the international construction market, but from a global point of view, the construction enterprises in China is still in a weak position, we must clearly recognize our own shortcomings. With the shrinking of the traditional business developments in the field of space, in order to enable enterprises to obtain long-term development must change its management model, strategic management theory construction enterprises of widespread attention. However, in practical applications, the strategic thinking in the implementation and evaluation of the project did not get the attention, the role of project management does not reflect the contribution to the development of corporate strategy, this paper, the construction enterprises are facing the problem of multi-project management, to carry out the construction construction enterprise based on the strategic development of multi-project management. This paper first reviewed the strategic management of construction enterprises and delve into the problem of lack of construction enterprise management level, the research focuses on multi-project management, multi-project management and corporate strategy management closely contact, multi-project management model is an effective means for the construction enterprises to achieve their strategic objectives, construction companies should be in the day-to-day management of strategic management and multi-project management, effective combination, and makes the performance after the implementation of the project will help enterprises the long-term development, project implementation to achieve its strategic performance. In order to safeguard the smooth implementation of the multi-project management, companies need to provide a good external environment for the multi-project management, this paper put forward reasonable proposals in the areas of strategy development, organizational structure and corporate culture. The biggest problem is in the implementation of the multi-project management between project progress and resource conflict, this paper to coordinate with key chain, to improve the performance of multi-project implementation, key chain graphical method, the establishment of a multi-project resource coordination model and gray relational grade analysis of adjustment programs. After the end of the multi-project management, strategic performance evaluation of the project to become the focus of attention of the enterprise performance evaluation methods and their pros and cons, the final analysis, combined with the implementation of the project on the basis of the evaluation of traditional project management, corporate reputation and corporate core the impact of competitiveness, the establishment of a the project strategic performance evaluation system that is different from the traditional performance evaluation, matter-element extension method to establish a new computational model of evaluation, in order to safeguard the implementation of projects under the multi-project management helps enterprises strategic development.
