Abstract


In the thesis, all the research work is based on the architecture and environment of Ta Keo Temple in Angkor monuments. On the basis of Comprehensive on-site investigation and file researches, the history of research and history of Ta Keo temple is reviewed, and the phase of the construction of Ta Keo temple is identified, meanwhile, the temple’s value is revealed; the environment, location , plan and architecture of the architecture complex is also studied, the reconstruction is completed; After summarize the fundamental theories of protection and restoration of Angkor monuments and the developing trends, some suggestions is provided for the Ta Keo project, and finally some primary compare is made between the historical architecture of China and Angkor.
