Abstract


Traffic Impact Analysis is to coordinate the relationship between urban transport and land use strong measures , but at present the proposed project can not use a uniform evaluation methods, chaotic traffic impact analysis and evaluation work without specification. Therefore, in practice, for different types of land use and construction projects need to have a good practical , workable traffic impact analysis . Based on the traffic impact of construction projects home and abroad based on the results of research , targeted at large commercial buildings such is different from other types of construction project sites to explore suitable for large-scale commercial construction projects traffic impact analysis method is proposed based on intersection level of service combination method and subjective analysis of the \a multi-level traffic impact evaluation . This article is committed to enriching the traffic impact analysis system, and theories and methods can be applied to large commercial construction projects actual traffic impact analysis guide the work. .
