Internet increasingly profound impact on people's life and thought , the use of online teaching resources has become the new high school history curriculum to implement an important part of education reform . Thesis, according to principles of pedagogy and psychology , combined with high school students' psychological characteristics and learning , research networks rational and efficient use of teaching resources . Study first discusses the connotation of network teaching resources , classification and characteristics , analyzes the reasons for its use , benefits, role , status and problems , the definition of network teaching resources, including resources for students , teachers, and network resources . Point out the rational and efficient use in teacher -led , student-centered , online teaching resources as the carrier of the three optimal combination of resources implemented. Secondly, the study based on the implementation of the new high school history curriculum reform needs, combined with education and psychology , psychological and for high school students learning characteristics , derived network teaching resources need to follow the principles, methods and approaches as well as the ability of teachers and students training. Finally, the paper described through a case of a high school history teaching special website building , and through the school teachers and the effect of online teaching resource utilization investigate, draw conclusions of this study : ( 1 ) high school history curriculum online teaching resources rationally and effectively the use of philosophy: play teacher resources initiative, enthusiasm of student resources and network resources steric effect . ( 2 ) network teaching high school history curriculum rational and efficient use of resources of specific measures : implementation of the knowledge of history major and difficult for teachers teaching demonstration, teachers and students led interactive teaching , supplemented by the use of network resources to students ' self-learning .
